  • If a teacher or a fellow student is harassing your son or daughter, take up the issue with the school immediately.
  • In certain cases professional help is necessary, but a parent who listens and understands the child can be a bigger help.

  • Change the direction of your thought process: Try to tell yourself that any thought that is stress giving should be abandoned immediately. You can go to gym and put your mind into exercising for sometime.
  • Take your food: Remember empty stomach will add up to your nervousness. Anxiousness may prevent you from eating but this will lower your blood sugar level and put you under more stress.
  • Clear your doubts: Try to learn more about the things, which are causing anxiety. It may be quiet so, that your worries are baseless. Practice positive attitude and positive thinking.
