It is not uncommon for working professionals to get a workout followed by a cold shower and bed time. Working out in the evening can also be equally helpful, where one could let go and release all the pent up stress accumulated throughout the day.
  • Discipline: Anxiety leading to depression is also very common to go along with a feeling of lack of purpose in life. When one is aimless, without a target or a goal to achieve, it is easy to sink into the abyss of anxiety related mental conditions. Focusing on one’s health and getting into shape through a workout routine, gives one with goals to achieve, a direction to tread along, and a place to get to.

Exercise and anxiety are intertwined in more ways than one and the above mentioned aspects are but the tip of the iceberg. They do share a deep and mystical bond and when one can master the art of using exercise to tackle the issues of the mind, one can achieve endless peace and success.
